Hi. I’m Andrea Perera.
During times of change, leaders need support and perspective. I’m an outside advisor who can acknowledge the challenges they face with empathy and understanding–and then push them to find the opportunities embedded in every crisis.
I’ve spent my career working with others to make the world a better place. I’ve been a journalist at major newspapers, the vice president of communications at one of the nation’s leading nonprofits, and a principal at a political consulting firm. Drawing upon these varied experiences, I now partner with nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs through my coaching and consulting practice.
